We offer complimentary shipping to the UK and EU on orders over €200. For the USA, all customs duties and taxes are prepaid, so your order arrives with no additional charges. All orders are fully tracked and shipped via insured courier. Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days depending on location. You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves Paris.

We permit returns on items within 14 days from receiving your package. Please send us an email at support@audreyleightonparis.com with your order number / product you wish to return - and our logistics department will provide further instruction.

Returns come at your expense, as a small brand, we do not yet have the volume to offer free returns. Returned items must be in perfect condition and with the original packaging & invoice intact, otherwise they will be refused. We offer only store credit on returned items. Store credit for returned items is valid for a full calendar year. 

Our sizing ranges from EU 34- EU 46 UK 4- UK 16. All of our pieces are very size fluid & designed to fit & flatter a wide range of body types. Audrey prefers to utilize design elements that prioritise comfort & a personal ideal fit: such as ruched elastic at waist, elastane, our wrap silhouette or a fully adjustable tie.  We always outline the key measurements of our garments in our product descriptions. If your item or size is out of stock, please opt for the ‘NOTIFY ME’ option on the sidebar of each product. This will log a request with us, and as soon as your item is back in stock you will receive an email. We also encourage you to sign up for our newsletter, this will grant you first,  early access to restocks & new releases.
